Top view of dome before its JB welded and painted panels attached, the plan is to have all 5 panels hinged so they can be opened.

Dome Cut out

Dome now has all the holes cut out and sanded, all panels that require painting are now done.

Just need to take the plunge and JB weld the inner and outer dome's together then there is no going back.

Today my Dome arrived after 9 months of waiting.
Its an absolute work of art and well worth the wait, I now need to start cutting out the panels and sanding the inner dome to make a snug fit against the outer dome.
