Skins Painted and attached

Skins are now painted and attached, I have had the past week off work and been able to get a lot completed on him. Utility arms are only placed in just deciding if to fix them in or make them movable.

The dome is on its way so pics comming soon, the outer foot shells have arrived just need some finishing touches to them. Will post pics of them soon.

Ali Skins

My Aliminium skins have arrived and as you will see I have made a start on them, I have cut all the panels out and JB welded them together, undercoated them in grey but need to undercoat them in white before the top coat.
I have attached the skins to my frame by making L shaped brackets which are JB welded to the skins and then attached to the frame with 5mm screws.

New Speed Controllers

Had trouble with the first set up, motors were pulling to much voltage on start up and keept blowing the spped controllers up.
Got these new beasts and they work a treat.
